The deal, in plain words.

The short version

$1,500 flat. $750 deposit to start, $750 before launch. No monthly fees, ever. Your preview is ready on day 7; launch follows your written approval and the final payment. You own your domain. We host the site at no charge.

What you're buying

One one-page website, built phone-first:

• Up to 6 services, with your pricing written plainly
• Tap-to-call and tap-to-text — one tap, from anywhere on the page
• Your service area spelled out — the cities and neighborhoods you cover
• An appointment-request form wired to your email, plus a text alert to your phone — live-tested before launch
• A Google Business Profile audit at launch: every field checked against your new site, every fix listed for you. Your listing stays yours — we never touch it
• A review link plus a QR code for the truck
• Structure organized so AI search can read and understand your business
• A staging preview you approve in writing before anything goes live

Not included: logo redraw (we place your logo cleanly — no logo, your business name set in the site's typeface), extra pages, an online store, financing or membership pages, ad management, or your domain registration (about $15/year, in your name).

How it works

• 1. You complete the intake — plain questions, about 5 minutes. What you type is what goes on the site.
• 2. You pay the $750 deposit. The 7-day clock starts when the deposit is paid and you check the "start the clock" box on the last step of the intake.
• 3. Days 1–7 are your change window — anything you send before delivery day goes in free.
• 4. Day 7: you get a private preview link. You approve it in writing, pay the final $750, and we point your domain at the finished site and launch it.

The 7-day rule

Your preview is ready within 7 days of your deposit and your completed intake — that means all required material received, including photos. Launch follows your written approval and final payment, and those steps are in your hands — so what we promise on day 7 is the preview, not the launch.

Changes

• Before delivery day: free. Send anything — it goes in.
• After delivery: paid rounds at $95 per round — you batch what you want, we price it before we start, one round covers the batch.
• If we built something different from your written intake: we fix our mistake free. Always.

Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel before the clock starts (deposit paid, "start the clock" box unchecked): full refund.
• Cancel after the clock starts, before the preview email reaches your inbox: we keep $250, you get $500 back.
• After the preview email lands: the deposit is earned in full.
• Our miss — late delivery, or the site built different from your written intake: full refund, at any stage.

Every boundary is a timestamp you hold: your Stripe receipt, your clock-start check, the preview email in your inbox. Nobody has to take our word for which side of a line a cancellation fell on.

Your domain

You register it and you own it — in your name, about $15 a year. You give us DNS access for the 10-minute hookup at launch. We never own your domain.

Hosting and the long term

Your site is hosted on our infrastructure at no monthly charge. The site is static — nothing to update, nothing to patch, nothing to bill you for. The appointment form runs through our relay, tested before launch; if requests ever stop reaching you, email us and we'll fix the relay.

If 2030 Ads ever stops operating, you're not stranded: after final payment the finished site files are yours, and any developer can host them. Your domain and your content are yours regardless.

Reviews and photos

Reviews are real or they're absent: paste 2–3 of your best, let us pull them from your Google listing, or skip the section. We never invent reviews, ratings, prices, or license numbers. Photos are yours — text them to our business number. We keep a record of which photos you supplied versus licensed stock.

Your part — and lawful use

The words, prices, license numbers, and photos are yours, and you're responsible for their accuracy. By submitting the intake you confirm: your business is lawful, and every license you claim is real and current in the state where you work. We publish what you gave us and what you approved, in good faith.

The site may not be used for any illegal purpose — including fraud, deceptive claims, or advertising work you're not licensed to do. If a site is used that way, we may take it down immediately, without refund of amounts already earned. Claims, fines, or costs that arise from your content or your business conduct are yours, not ours.

Liability and governing law

Our total liability is capped at what you paid us.

This agreement is governed by Nevada law. Any dispute belongs exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, and by agreeing to these terms you consent to jurisdiction there.

Privacy

We collect what you type into the intake and callback forms: business details and contact info, plus the photos you text us. It's used to build your site and nothing else. Form submissions travel through our form relay to our inbox. We don't sell or share your information. Want something deleted? Email us.
